Playing golf on a simulator is ideal when the weather doesn’t cooperate, and that is not only in the winter, but those rainy days in the spring, summer, and fall. Finally, a company has produced a golf glove made for 1-2 hours of simulator play, and a high-performance golf glove for the golf course.
The company is Red Rooster Golf and I’ve actually done a review of their rain golf gloves back in 2022. When I saw they had a golf glove made for simulator use, The Range Rooster, I had to give it a try, along with one of their ultra-premium Cabretta leather golf gloves the, Sussex.
The Red Rooster Golf, The Range Rooster, is made from advanced microfiber technology and designed with maximum durability. You can hit as many chips, pitches, and full shots as you want and you will see it is extremely durable. The Range Rooster also is very soft and fits great and unless you knew better you would assume it is a high-quality leather golf glove.
The Red Rooster Golf, Sussex glove, is made from ultra-premium Cabretta leather. It is Red Rooster’s thinnest and softest golf glove and it has an unbelievable feel to it. The Red Rooster Sussex golf glove also fits perfectly and based on my experience also feels extremely durable.
The key is always wearing the golf gloves and seeing how they perform. I have worn The Range Rooster and The Sussex now for about 4+ weeks, and at least a dozen practice sessions. Both gloves fit great, are super soft, and super durable. You can feel the Sussex and the quality of the Cabretta leather and although The Range Rooster is made from microfiber it is very soft and also has shown almost no wear.
Bottom line, I have reviewed numerous golf gloves over the years, and I can honestly say the Red Rooster Golf Sussex and The Range Rooster golf gloves are both top-notch. With The Range Rooster made for long term indoor simulator use, and The Sussex golf glove made for the golf course, both are really durable and high-quality golf gloves you will be very happy having on your hands. Both Red Rooster golf gloves will last a long time and after continued use on and off the golf course, I’m a big fan of their golf gloves.
