I use a golf brush to clean my golf club from the dirt and debris that gets onto the club and into the grooves. The problem is that it doesn’t always get into the grooves deeply enough. That last thing you want to do is scratch your golf club, so finding a golf tool that can clean the club and grooves without scratching it has been something I have been on the lookout for.
At the PGA show I found the perfect golf tool to accomplish cleaning my golf club and grooves, and I was so excited to use it. The company is Skinny Golf, and their Magnetic Scrub Brush is exactly what I was hoping for. It comes with a belt clip/bag hub, scrub brush, groove cleaner, and a magnetic body which attaches to any metal surface.
As you can see from my included pictures below, I attach the Skinny Golf Mag Brush onto the golf cart. This makes the Mag Brush handy after your golf shots to clean your golf club and grooves. I have been using the Mag Brush now for over 6 weeks, and it’s great. The brush part cleans my clubs, the groove cleaner part cleans my grooves very well, plus I attach a ball marker to it, and have everything I need within reach.
Skinny Golf also offers a Pocket Caddie version which is excellent, however it is not magnetic. So, you have 2 options based on your preference from Skinny Golf, a larger Mag Brush or a Pocket Caddie. Both are excellent options to keep your golf clubs clean, and ready for your next shot.
The company website is www.skinnygolf.com and the cost for the Mag Brush is only $25.00 and the Pocket Caddie is only $20.00 at this time.
