I know so many people who have golfers elbow, tennis elbow, and leg pain from and are always looking for anything that helps, and I have found something really great. I can attest to the fact that the Roflex has definitely been very helpful with my elbow pain. The key like any other training aid or device is you must use it consistently. It is not a magic cure that is seconds, you need to use it on an ongoing regular basis to get the full benefits of the Roflex. After just a few weeks, I played my first round without any elbow brace or compression sleeve and my elbow felt ok. I am still wearing a compression sleeve or brace right now when going to the range just to be safe, however I can see where in a few more weeks of using the Roflex consistently I may be golfing and going to range pain free.
