An Awesome Training Aid For A Consistent, Stronger Golf Game!

I always stretch before golfing, as I hope it allows my sore lower back to get through the round of golf. However, after years doing years of stretching exercises my lower back is no better than it was years ago. I have watched a ton of videos on the best stretches for golf and do them regularly for my lower back and hips and I also use a foam roller, nothing so far has really helped, until now.
