I have been thinking about how to have less stress while golfing, so I started looking at CBD, which I have been hearing a lot about. CBD does not get you “high” but helps with anxiety and other focus type of issues.
I decided to try a CBD which contains NO THC at all from a company called ViB. Instead of trying to explain CBD, I thought it best to include what the company says about their CBD gum here, then what my test results showed. The company offers two choices in CBD gum, a lower dose 10MG Isolate and a 25MG Broad Spectrum. I tried the 25MG Broad Spectrum, as it’s the stringer option.
First here is what the company says…ViB+ CBD Gum has 25 mg of broad spectrum CBD, the highest of any on the market. Broad spectrum CBD has a stronger effect as it contains more cannabinoids than just CBD with the same great minty flavor. ViB+ takes advantage of the entourage effect by having multiple types of cannabinoids which provide a stronger effect than each cannabinoid alone. ViB+ has NO THC, so there are no worries when it comes to psychotropic effects.
ViB+ CBD gum is the stronger CBD gum option. It has all of the CBD of our original gum with additional cannabinoids. Like our isolate, ViB+ is 100% THC free, so you don’t need to worry about any issues with THC and potential psychotropic effects. CBD gum is the faster way to get more CBD into your bloodstream. Our gum achieves this by delivering the CBD to your system via the blood vessels in your mouth. Instead of 90% of the CBD being filtered out by your liver, it goes straight into your bloodstream. That means you enjoy more of the benefits from CBD you buy.
I started with 1 piece before the round started and then I added 1 additional piece at the turn about 2 hours later. I felt slightly more relaxed than normal, and I was playing a similar golf game. However, I did notice I was less stressed when preparing for a shot, and less fidgety on the putting green. I did this same test over 4 rounds of golf, and while my scores were slightly better, I would say my focus better and my anxiety was lowered. I did not care as much about my score and grip, and I was enjoying the good time I was having with my golfing group.
Overall, I liked the slightly lowered expectations and less anxiety. I felt is was a more fun rounds of golf. I will continue to use the ViB CBD gum and think everyone should give it a try, assuming you have no conditions that would make it inappropriate to try CBD.
The company website is www.vibcbd.com and the ViB+ gum pack of 8 pieces costs $18.99. The company also offers a 3 pack, 6 pack and subscription which lowers the costs per pack. Please read all the FAQ’s on the company website before starting a CBD regimen, as CBD has not been approved by the FDA to cure or treat any issues.
