It took a while to get used to seeing the ball set “inside” this tee – not on top of it. After 20 test drives, I felt my balls flew more straight than normal. I was impressed by how the process of hitting the ball out of the Martini golf tee felt easier than hitting off a traditional wood tee. I also liked how the plastic Martini golf tee wouldn’t break after a few drives. To date it has lasted two rounds and it’s still going strong.
The manufacturer states that the Martini golf tee is USGA approved, 3 1/4 inch tall, are virtually unbreakable, will not stripe the bottom of your driver, has longer life, offers longer drives, and are made in the U.S.A..
I’m not suggesting that the Martini golf tee will add 10+ yards or split every fairway, however, as an affordable golf-aid, the Martini golf tee can make driving off the tee just a little easier. In short, this is the type of item that’s worth adding to your bag to see if it improves your game. At the very least, it will certainly prove to be a great conversation starter.
